If it's still affecting you should get this sorted asap
You really should be open with your therapist as much as possible, if you don't tackle this problem then it will get worse - so it may feel like the last thing you want to do but you should contact them
I don't think they will send you to hospital sweetie you may have to visit you therapist regularly till you are better though but it will be for the best if even if it's just to check up on you
