Haha, I used to be a Live Help Operator and when it's on, it gets busy pretty fast so we take ourself out of being available since we're in so many different conversations already. It will be available eventually, and I know a lot of the operators are trying to get on more often. It can be challanging to find time, but all the operators have to be on a certain amound of hours each week/day. I'm sorry that it's not available whenever it's convienant for you though. If you need to talk to someone, you can always send me a private message and I'd be more than happy to help you with whatever you're needing help with! (: I hope that it works out for you and you'll be able to talk to someone though.
