I saw your thread - about your feeling lonely and *abandoned*.
Perhaps the only reason you feel like a third wheel in your family is because you think you're a third wheel. Families may seem or act as though there are favourites but at the end of the day... everyone's equal and loved equally. That may just be your paranoia acting up.

As for your best-friend, I'm sure she does care for you. When you're in *love* you don't think rationally and you tend to want to spend a lot of time with your other half. That, too, will pass. Just tell her how you feel about her spending less time with you. After all, she is your best-friend. She will attempt to understand.
