Support does go a long way and you should know that i am always available for support. 
Why don't you talk to her about whats happening? Tell her that you are struggling but you are trying really hard to stay on track. -

thanks okay so my friend has started smoking like crazy and since like 10 people in my life have had cancer i hate seeing him willingly harm himself. especially since all my family was good and didn't smoke or anything. idk its just hard for me to not "fix" things.

yeah, i know what you mean school can be really hard sometimes what grade are you going into? I am doing okay. a close friend of mine was in a bad car accident and it killed his best friend so I've been doing all that i can to try and help him through it, he's really sad which is to be expected so I'm just trying to make things easier for him

- Sometimes it is weird to think about how much I have been through. I have suffered in silence for three years. This past September I went to my counselor at school to talk about my problems. I was put in therapy to deal with my eating disorder symptoms (EDNOS), self injury habits, anxiety issues, and depression. Recovery has been ups and downs. I start to get better and then I relapse. Right now things aren't good food wise. I want to get better, but something is holding me back.
