Yes, they will and so will the flashbacks. They already have gotten a little better. I do this sort of light therapy with my therapist and it seems really weird, but it actually seems to be working.

My parents tell me and it is mostly screaming out and banging my head and thrashing my body, but once they get there they prevent that by holding me. They say my breathing is out of control and like I said I am soaked in sweat and my heart is pounding. That is pretty much it. My therapist says some people who experience Night Terror also sleep walk when they have them. I don't do that according to my parents. The flashbacks are way worse because I am awake and pick up things and throw them and even bust things like the TV once.

The good thing about them is I have no recollection of them at all. I am exhausted from it and losing sleep from last night and having to take a shower in the middle of the night from being soaked in sweat, but once I wake from the terror it is over and I wake up and wonder why my Mom, Dad and Little Sister are sitting at my bedside.

They are awful from what my family tells me. All I know is I eventually wake up and my heart is pounding and I am soaked in sweat. My family says I scream during them, but like I said I am sound asleep.

I hope so, but I do get them at least once a week. The nightmares are more frequent.

I am OK now. My parents and even my little sister no how to handle it. In a Night Terror you don't wake up the person because it could make cause terrible trauma. Basically they keep me safe through the whole outburst or whatever I am doing. I have no idea of what goes on in a Night Terror. Now with a Nighmare I remember most of them.

I wouldn't necessarily say I sing. When I song like Ariana Grande comes on the radio I will sing along. I sing really quiet though.
