Yeah I understand where you're coming from and it's pretty tough but I usually find that a lot of this stuff is just as much about the way you think as the way that you look. Although your body will never be perfect and the way that you want it to but of course you can make it match up much more with your mind, you can become content into your mind that it's okay to be how you are and everything. I do indeed, what's yours? I'll add you mate.
