Hey, Sarah, whassup. Thank you so much. I haven't talked to you in so long, a visitor's message isn't long enough aha. Wow, I have been up to a lot since we last talked. Mainly just studying and getting our exams back.

I don't know how to take being the worst person in my year group for English right now but yeah. I hate exams, love assignments, one of which I am actually doing now too. Pompeii and Herculaneum, a visual essay. And then a written one bluh .

I have got to say, congratulations on reaching three months and eleven days without self-harming. I had a friend this week who said she was going to committ suicide and I am like "what the flip, why?" And one of the things she said to me was that no one loves her.

I'm like "first you have got to learn to love yourself" and one of the ways you show your love for yourself is by NOT SELF HARMING. So well done, I'm proud of you for coming so far.

I put her on report, she is probably going to get the help she needs now.
