The forums are great for getting support! You may also want to check out HelpLINK and LiveHelp, which are both confidential methods of getting support and advice from staff members. HelpLINK is similar to the forums, except (again), confidential and advice comes from staff only - you submit a support ticket and you're guaranteed at least three replies from HelpLINK Mentors. LiveHelp is more like IM - it's one-on-one with a LiveHelp Operator (the staff members with the teal names!). Both methods of support are fantastic.
