Yup, I typed my whole application on Microsoft word and spell checked, read through, edited and basically put off submitting my form for ages

Actually I'm not too sure who has the final decision. I got a PM from Rob when I got accepted, but I think it's more to do with the talent/performance committee

& Yup, pretty much. I was an associate HelpLINK dude before Mentor, so I asked if I could use the same answers as I originally filled in ect. & I basically asked Lex (Super awesome blue girlie, you'll see her around ) what they were expecting. I think good grammar/spelling is really important, but yeh, I'm not too sure

Oh my fingers are crossed for you! It's the 17th you can apply isn't it? I remember being reeeeeeealllly nervous, like seriously my tummy flipped every time I came on here! Naww, seriously you'll be fine, you give awesome advice & you're realll friendly. Oh and I talked to like a few staffies, one on the talent/performance (Still don't know the difference ) so I could get an idea of what was expected of me. But good luck!
