Why was it a bad experience for you?
I'm trying! I'm scared because when I'm too relaxed my mind goes nuts.

DBT. It's about changing the way my mind works and using meditation/breathing to reconnect. So now whenever I have a negative thought, I need to counteract it with a positive one... or something.
She says that I've numbed myself to reality and my head is kind of 'detached' (for lack of a better word) and she's trying to make it so I'm whole again by doing DBT.

She's great so far. She knows how I am and she's working WITH me to tackle these issues. Not just saying "Here's what you need to do. Talk to me." So it's pretty good.

I don't think that there's a specific reason. I've just went back to therapy and she made a treatment plan for me. If this doesn't work out, I'm straight back to the hospital. So we'll see. I'm not feeling any better but I do feel like things could change. You know?
