Maine is really nice, actually. The ocean is a little cold, but the rocky beaches are perfect for relaxing on all day. In the winter, Maine is freezing with a ton of snow, but in the summer it's surprisingly warm. It was mid 70s the whole time I was there, and it didn't even rain. That could have been luck though. If you have the opportunity some day, you should go there! Especially if you like seafood.
Out of curiosity, what state do you live in? (I'm from Massachusetts, so the drive is only 2ish hours with some traffic.)

I'm doing pretty well, just got back from a vacation in Maine, so I'm feeling very relaxed <3 Hopefully I can drag that feeling out to last for awhile. How are you doing?

Aww thank you darling! Hahaha I get the same thing! Only my hardcore Harry Potter friends giggle when I say it. Same here! I'm amazed to find someone who likes all the same things that I do, no matter how vast and different they are. <3
