Agreed. I remember I was involved with someone for a while, and he pulled that stunt on me multiple times. Finally opened up to my psychologist about it and she set me straight.
And procrastinating when it comes to homework, fun. I do that quite frequently myself... Good luck with it when you finally decide to get it done.

Aha. Completely. What bothers me is this recent trend of threatening suicide when one partner considers breaking up with the other. I'm not sure if this is new or I'm simply unobservant.
But despite who's serious about what, I never liked the aspect of the emotional blackmail.

That's amusing about your friends. I tend to be the same way as you when it comes down to my friends. Regardless of how hypocritical it is of me to say, I completely agree with you about romantic relationships. I have never ever been officially involved with anyone and I'd like to keep it that way, at least for a while. Don't like being tied down. Don't like commitment. And I do not like the age group I'm expected to date. I think sometimes teenage boys are worse than teenage girls.

I'm not much of a drama llama either (granted, I like my dramatic TV - you reminded me by mentioning Degrassi - when I actually get around to watching it), though you would never be able to guess with the friends that I have and my relationships with them. Probably because I'm a fixer. Seems to equate to drama these days... Lucky you, though. I should carry you around on a keychain. Like an anti-drama shield or something.

Really? What I would have given for that! It wasn't so much posters as it was being broadcasted. Girl running around telling everyone what had happened and to spread the word to anyone they saw involved with him. He made the lovely decision to then counter that rumour (perhaps "rumour") with a few of his own, and eh. I tried to remain as uninvolved as possible. Seems pointless to me, but I guess that's what kids do?
