I'll definitely have to look it up.
And it's a good story. It's fantasy, so I can't say all the nice things about it that you had to say about your book, but it's still a good read! 
Well, I took Mandarin Chinese in middle school, and so I get kanji. I just don't have the patience to learn and actively practice hiragana and katakana.
That sounds cool! I don't quite have everything planned out yet. I know I want to actively help people, I'm just not entirely sure what the best way to go about doing that would be. I'm considering being a clinical psychologist, but I want to look into other possible careers as well. -

Heya been busy not not had a chance to be on here much *sigh* Well tommorow going round a friends, wednesday shopping for 6th form cloths, thursday is results day and then on saturday I leave for a weeks holiday in France.

Well, I got through the interview in one piece - went better than I expected which just goes to show I suppose!
Will find out in a couple of weeks. Yeah I know what you mean, I found it a bit like that to start with as well but once we got further in it did become less school-like. Hopefully that's some consolation lol! A capella sounds cool, did that a couple of times and it's hard work so fair play to you - and yes, I'd definitely need some practice before anything like a duet!
