You know, we have 62 pages of VMs with each other. How crazy is that?
Pfft. It's far from it. We just sometimes have cool teachers.
Either way, that's gotta suck. So I take it when you can vote (you can't yet, can you?), you're voting against him? It's kind of like over here, with the carbon tax - which the PM swore she wouldn't bring in, but now is trying to. Politicians are silly.
Well, my sister and I used to play a PC version when we were younger, but now we have a PS2 version, and I'm stuck right at the end, because it's really hard. See, the PC game was like this:

And the PS2 game is more like:

I think there's more than one version, but the one we have is The Lost Expedition, where Pitfall Harry or whoever he is gets stuck on some island thing, and then you have to go around doing things like collecting butterflies and avoiding crocodiles. It's pretty cool.
Yeah, I'm kind of an all-rounder. Bit of sport, bit of music, bit of school. But never dancing. What type of dancing did/do you do?
Yeah, Madonna's okay - I'm not a big fan, but I don't mind some of her stuff. And Journey's pretty good too, though I've only heard a song or two.
    Good.
Speaking of dresses, I tried on quite a lot yesterday, just ones I had at home, but I can't find anything fluoro enough for the damn party. And now for graduation, we all have to wear stockings, but I don't actually own any and I can't buy the right ones. Sometimes clothes suck.
Haha, yeah, my sister may have actually mentioned that at the time. She's a Friends fan too. She got me into it, in fact.
Well you should look it up. You can get a free 1 hr trial version somewhere; my sister and I can complete it in like half an hour now, because we've played it that much.
And I can't imagine it the other way around. Whenever I read books set in America (which, let's face it, is most of them) and they're in a car, I picture it in my head, and then I'm like, 'No, wait, it'd be the other way around, because they're over there'. Like if they say, 'From the driver's seat, he reached over with his right hand and rested it on her knee', I'm like, 'What? His right hand's on the other side of the steering wheel, that makes no sense... no, wait, never mind'.
Yeah, there's always something available. Well, yeah, there's that...
I'd gladly skip my graduation mass, and the grad ball, and, you know, the HSC. Yeah, you will, so that'll be cool. You'll look all smart and stuffs in your cap and gown.
    I'm awesome that way.

We do some pretty cool stuff in school sometimes.
Why are they closing it down? And speaking of closing things down, they closed down my favourite bookshop a while ago. I was devastated. And I think we might be getting a new Prime Minister soon; nobody really likes ours.
Well, a lot of things are different between the two countries, so that doesn't surprise me. I would love to take you with me. One place also reminded me of the video game Pitfall - did you ever play that?
I like a lot of different sports - futsal, netball, taekwondo, athletics. Anything really. What about you? Are you sporty at all?
My sister absolutely hates the song Material Girl though, because she used it in her high school drama performance, and after the number of times they practised it, she grew to hate it. But yeah, I will suggest having 80s music to my friend.
Well what are you waiting for then? Come visit me... I mean, Australia.
That might be a good idea then. Still, no harm in looking, right?
Yeah. I was a strange kid. I don't like salad dressing. Or tomato sauce. Or anything really. So I just stay away from salads. She found out a couple of weeks later, when she came home one weekend and Mum was like, 'Okay, we're having roast, but Chess is just having the vegetables', and my sister asked why, and I was like, 'I don't eat meat anymore' so she went on with a huge speech about how we never tell her anything.
Yeah, I got frustrated by it too, but it was worth it. Oh! I think I played Cake Mania too. And I also loved a game called Feeding Frenzy - which was actually about fish, but it was awesome.
Yeah, I'm pretty sure we do. The driver's side is the right, so we drive on the left... if that makes sense? Since we were colonised by Britain and all, we tend to follow them in a lot of ways. We have instructors too, but you have to book and pay for driving lessons if you want them and then you just drive around town... they have brakes on their side too, to stop you trying to kidnap them or something I suppose.
Good luck getting the job. I think you'd make a great waitress. And if they don't hire you, just throw a pizza at them. Well, maybe not. But picture it at least.
Exactly. So, mixed feelings about the whole thing - but mostly relief, actually. We don't even get a muck-up day, and we didn't have a retreat, and it's all just quite ridiculous really.
Send me photos if you do it. I think it looks really cool. And yeah, I found out about the colour-change stuff while I was reading Girlfriend, because that's just how cool I am.
Also, I skipped ahead and just read the 'It is getting bigger' comment, without realising what it related to, and, well... you can probably imagine where my mind went.
