Yeah, I remember one of my notes said, "Well groomed." I think that's because some people with depression don't care about their appearance.

Yeah, it makes it hard but once you do it's like a huge weight lifted off your shoulders. If you pull your records (you can here in the states) you'll be able to see what he wrote. I had to do that for a particular diagnosis once for the school. But usually, they just comment on your outfits and eye contact, body language and that type of thing. That's okay! It's 2:30 here right now.

That's okay, it'll make me stronger. And I completely agree with you on that note! Not remembering is better than carrying the memories around with you, it really sucks. I used to be a private person too: I was taught to keep everything inside. I can promise you that your psychiatrist doesn't hate you! They got into the business to help people. And most of them have been through therapy themselves. Sorry for the weird reply times.

The same thing with events from when I was younger started happening to me, as well Wow, that's pretty unprofessional of them. Remember, though, that opening up isn't wrong. It's good to get those feelings and everyone around you wants the best, they want to help you heal.
