You didn't really seem ranty to be fair.

And yes, I'm surprised he didn't sole refer to you as 'The feminist'.

I've got much better at writing in a calm manner over the years. Though there was some snarky comments left in my response lol. But as I wrote the debate forums 'guidelines' (many years ago), and it says to be calm and civil, I do try to practice what I preach If you find yourself getting angry, try remind yourself that you aren't just writing to the other person, but you are writing to whoever is reading the thread too.

The 'Mens Rights' stuff seems to be a growing issue. There's a lot of disgruntled men out there, that find this 'movement' and its disinformation, and it becomes quite easy for feminists to become this strawman (or strawwoman?) villain. There is this idea that they've 'taken the red pill' and can see this evil conspiracy that everyone else is blind to, which makes it difficult to argue with them (because if you do, you are some mindless tool or a feminazi - you have already been accused of the latter ). Its also a difficult issue, because there are some real issues effecting men, and you don't want to discredit that, and alienate guys who are facing those issues, but at the same time a lot of MRAs are more about anti-feminism or anti-women.
