I want to let you know that it's ok to not be ok, to feel depressed, to have dark thoughts; it's what you do with them that makes the difference. By coming on here, you are acknowledging that you need support. I think that's a great start in getting help with your depression.
I suggest reaching out where ever on the forums you feel you need the most support. We also have HelpLINK, where individual users — registered and anonymous — can submit a ticket asking for support/advice.
We have the chat room, which we are trying to encourage users to be more active in. Our Discord server went online about a year and half ago, and it's a great way to interact with other users from around the world — whether that be to receive support or just to make new friends.
I hope you stick around and get the support you deserve. TeenHelp is a great community!
