    Lol, don't worry, you'll get it soon enough. They're normally pretty quick about it. You'll do pretty good I bet. I was nervous at the beginning, but all other LHOs are around to help you through calls if you ever need it

    I was so nervous helping my first caller. It is a lot easier than you think. I feel like I have already got the hang of it. It gets a little frustrating though when you have to repeat the same thing 5 million different ways to someone . I look forward to working with you !
