    im getting over my depression without meds! therapy is helping and bringing my family back together
    and my boyfriend is soooo fucking wonderful and my sisters happy and not depressed either

    Once upon a time, I lost myself in a world of fantasy and colour. I tried to get out but just fell further. I joined the characters and we danced in the moonlight. They kept me safe and away from reality. Numbers began to swirl round my head and I got buried below their weight. I learnt to let the pain out through my skin. I wasn’t happy. Slowly, I am beginning to climb my way out. I am breaking the cobwebs and searching for the light. Voices still taunt me every day, but they won’t win. I am stronger then that and I will beat this.
