- I'm Alana, I'm 13. I'm pretty antisocial. I've been bullied since kindergarten, so depression and paranoia have been a part of my life since before I even knew what they were - when I was 8. I'd say I hate my life and want die, and was confused when my friend said she never felt like people were watching her - I thought it was a normal part of life. 2012, when I was 12, was probably the worst year of my life so far. That's when I started to cut myself. One day, my friend started a 3-way Facebook chat with her friend. He started sending us links to music video, but one really stood out to me. A few days later, I decided to go and listen to it again. From there, I started to click on other songs from them, and eventually other bands. That first song, Perfect Weapon by Black Veil Brides. They completely changed me (for the better) and got me to stop cutting.
Anyways... I've always been pretty intelligent. Right now I just kind of hide away in my room... I CAN be social and friendly, but no one where I live really appreciates it, so I go on the internet, because generally I'm more cared for here.
