Definitely I hope to live in California after high school - dream job is at Disneyland, dream school is UCLA. So 2 years is kinda far off, but then again so this point seemed summer before freshman year. In fact a southwestern US meet up sounds kinda cool Traci and I are in close proximity but have never met, so that would be awesome xD

Oh wow, for some reason I was thinking there were 6 or 7 positions. Oops! And I think I'd rather have the time to think. If I'm not sure I don't want to be tempted to apply. And Carpinteria (I googled the spelling) is very southern Cali. It's near Santa Barbara. On the map it looks like it's sitting in the ocean, it's literally right on the coast And, yeah, it's not that I wouldn't want to meet up, it's that if you are far away I wouldn't want to trouble you or inconvenience your car And also my dad wouldn't support the idea.

That sounds like a better choice. I'm sure it's quite a hard position to get, since I've almost never seen an opening, but I do like to write, so I've always thought about Article Editor. Don't know though, like I said. I will honestly think about it. I have to wait, too, I just remembered you have to be a registered member for more than a month. Oh, well, that's good time to think, I guess.
You're from California, right? Random, I know, but I'll be in Carpinteria (Carpentaria?) next week and suddenly I'm curious I'm not sure about meeting up or anything since, well, I figure much more familiarity and better planning would be in order before I did that with anyone I met online, but I was just wondering.

I'll think about it. I'm really not sure I'm all that helpful, tbh. When I was an LHO the few calls I handled I heard I gave good advice, but I didn't feel like I did enough. And I know getting calls about things you're not sure how to handle wouldn't make one a "bad" LHO - I guess I just didn't feel good about the position period.

I've thought about getting back on Staff, but not Buddy, since I wanna keep away the forums mostly, and most people. I'm a lot less social than I used to be. But I was adamant I wouldn't come back and I did, and I feel like I shouldn't join Staff again because I'm too annoyed by people and I feel like I'm standoffish, and because I don't want people to think I lied about everything I said. I mean, the only reason I ended up back here was to blog because I'm too stupid for tumblr, and because at least a handful of people (mostly the older Staff members - including you :P) are quite lovely people. And plus the applications are too long.

Nice to know that it's not the end of the world if I text you too late... I wasn't too sure about that.
