Do you mind if I ask whats getting you down? Unfortunately I didnt see much hope for me and I had to see a psychologist for a few months before I started feeling better. I also thought I was selfish for feeling like that because I thought it could be worse. I was also wrong.. but I had to see a psychologist for a few nonths before realising this.

im good thank you, just pulling myself out of a bit of a depressive episode from the last few months so starting to feel a lot better. hoping to just find some extra support etc from this forum. how are you?
