yeah im just glad that she has gotten some help....i have had one attempt used to self harm before I found drugs...word of advice stay as far away from them as possible the ruined my life.... yeah im usally up until 3 or 4 but its only one here so....

she was put there for trying commit suicide i wrote about it in Depresion/Sucide called How do i help her... it kida explains it alittle more...I have been writing since i was 13. I stopped for a while because I was very heavy into drugs.. but im clean no so i started righting agian.... you sound kinda like me i have a really hard time sleeping i have sleeping meds but dont usally take them cuz they give me a head ache... so im usally awake at night to

no problem i when i write just to get it out so it doesnt eat me alive.... and if it helps someone thats way more that i can ask for....i am glad that it helped and glad that someone likes it message me anytime
