ooo.. im sorry i dont have any advice all i can tell you is when my anxiety starts to get the best of me and i feel a panic attack coming on.... i count things in the room that usally helps or i put my head phones in turn up my music and count my breathing idk if that helps

I think shes just stressed because she hasnt been home in a long time.. and my mom is stressed because she wants to make sure my sister is ok...wich in turn makes everyone else stressed(vicious cycle) im sorry you and your mom arent getting along i can deff relate

she is doing ok seems to be stressed witch is understandable....familys all a little stressed....but other than that good...how are things at home for you
