July 7th 2015 03:14 PM - permalinkMyVisionIsDyingTokyo Ghoul is on my watch list, I'm not sure when I'll get round to it but I've heard some things about it which piqued my interest. That's cool, I think I may start saving up for next year's convention just so I can buy a few more things, I saw a lot fo great stuff there but money was limited so I had to choose wisely- if I start saving up now who knows how much merchandise I could buy!
I'm doing fine, pretty bored but almost everyday is always like that. I'm also tired but that's probably my fault because I slept for sixteen hours on Sunday night and Monday morning and pulled an all nighter last night because I wasn't tired. My sleeping pattern is royally screwed... I'm not complaining though. xD
How about you?

July 7th 2015 01:29 PM - permalinkAmandaapandaaHaha, there's not much else to say other than if my parents weren't how they were, I would be a total pothead
You aren't weird xD I like you
I'm tired but I'm doing okay. You? -
July 7th 2015 03:04 AM - permalinkAmandaapandaaI agree and I won't tell you about it any more or drag you into my religious drama xD
Awh, I love youHaha, but gay people are usually the best of friends and just plain awesome and besides, I'm bi so I don't really mind :3

July 6th 2015 11:28 PM - permalinkMyVisionIsDyingIt seems fun, I wouldn't mind doing things that revolve around it but I know it wouldn't be an everyday thing- maybe a passtime but not full time although I do have some admiration for those who do it full time, going all out and making everything from scratch. That's pretty ambitious!
Same here! I bought an L necklace and an actual Death Note because I couldn't help myself!I sort of felt bad that I was at the convention and my friend wasn't so Baymax was to make it up to her, and yes I agree, the stalls have a lot of different merchandise and I can say some of the things are fairly hard to find anywhere and are pretty cool, my younger stepbrother bought himself a figure which was £16 and bigger than a few which were smaller but the same price, it was definitely a good buy for him. He also bought himself a Tokyo Ghoul mask which is cool but looks a little creepy in a way.

July 6th 2015 10:53 PM - permalinkAmandaapandaaHaha, lucky for you xD Its going to be seriously hard for me since both my parents are fierce about being Christian. My mom's more flexible but my dad is intimidating sometimes
Oh well, he will have to get over himself because I'm not living my life for someone else. It's my life
Love you toooooo -
July 6th 2015 10:24 PM - permalinkMyVisionIsDyingIt was, although I'm feeling very exhausted from the overall hype and excitement of going, I had about a total of sixteen hours of sleep last night and this morning! And that's awesome, I hope you have a great time!
To be honest, the cosplay I did was just some sort of test to see how it went, and it was very half-assed because I only knew I was going to the con a week before it was going on so I just rushed to find a last minute cosplay idea. And the fact I've never cosplayed before and I wanted to try it out, it seems like fun so I may do that again- turn it into a hobby of sorts because I have nothing else to do like, ever!
Heh... I cosplayed as L from Death Note. I couldn't find a wig in time so the last resort was dying my hair black and trying to style it as best as I could. The clothes were fairly accurate- I was surprised my shirt arrived on time- while my hair, I am never styling it again! Dying it maybe because well black hair suits me according to my mum and a friend of mine. Funnily enough someone recognised me as L so that was something! xD
I was pretty worried something like that would happen because I know that there are people who would do such a thing but people at the con were so nice! I'll definitely be going again next year, I'll have to take my friend there because she seemed so excited for me- I bought her a little Baymax plushie to make up for it. -

I totally understand why. I don't read the bible anymore. I don't want any part in all this freak religion stuff but my parents force me and they think I'm totally in love with the religion. They're just blind I guess. Also, I haven't opened up about it yet xD another step I'm going to have to take eventually.
Ohhhh xD I know how it is. I'm like that with some vacations with my family.
Hope you're alright -
July 6th 2015 08:42 PM - permalinkMyVisionIsDying^^ Well, I went to a convention yesterday. It was a pretty great experience overall because it was so cool to see other people with similar interests attending and cosplaying- I cosplayed too and felt really embarrassed walking to the venue in public, but at the con, it was such a lively atmosphere and the feeling of embarrassment soon washed away. Someone even recognised the character I was cosplaying while waiting in line and that boosted my confidence a little because I was afraid someone would make a mean comment- I'm not exactly a perfect shape to cosplay anime characters but there was a range of people in cosplay, it felt like I fit in to be honest. :3

July 6th 2015 08:08 PM - permalinkAmandaapandaaWell, I'm being forced to go to a bible study (ugh, I'm friggin 18, I should be forced xD) and mom is dragging me to the store with her ._.
I'm glad you're feeling better and that sounds so coolI'm sorry you only have one night left. It sucks when vacations come to a stop

July 6th 2015 06:47 PM - permalinkAmandaapandaaOh my god, I'm the same way xD
My night went pretty well. I distracted myself with FairyTail and then fell asleep to my loud music (like usual). I'm feeling alright today. How are you?
