Hey hey! How are you? My name is Jen, and I'm a buddy on Teen Help. A buddy is anybody who has a light green username. We are volunteers who are here to help. There are lots of volunteers here on Teen Help. People with Teal usernames are live help operators. They log into live help, and when it's online, you can talk to somebody one-to-one about any problem. HelpLINK mentors have pink usernames. When you go into helpLINK, you can post a question or problem and 3 mentors will reply with lengthy responses. So yeah...there are lots of ways to get support here. I hope you find a way that works for you. I see you haven't made any posts in the forums yet. You should introduce yourself in the Arrivals&Departures since you're new. Then everyone can get to know what a wonderful person you are!
