Thanks for updating me, it is sooooo great that you went to your doctor! It was really brave of you and you should be very proud of yourself
It's good that you're going to be getting CBT, it's a really good thing and it's very helpful and a successful treatment. I wish you the best of luck for that, i'm sure that you'll do great and you'll start feeling better with it. xxx -

- well...im 18, and atm im studying theatre studies, psychology and law...i must be mad! i love being onstage, singing dancing and acting, tho im not very good at it...it gives me such an adrenaline rush. i think i could be bisexual, but im not really sure, and it would cause problmes at home cos both my parents are homophobic...so im not likely to tell them till i move out to uni. ive had depression, and done some stupid stuff, and now im in counselling, which my parents also have no idea about. i dont really like talking to ppl face to face about whats going on in my life, but writing it makes it a lot easier.
