Lol, well, I'd been on just over three months when I got it, they were a bit understaffed (and still are ) when I applied so that might have been a contributing factor haha. Basically, you just fill out an application form (you can find them in the Volunteer section, but you need to have been registered for at least a month to apply), and the Talent Committee decide whether you seem like you'd be a good staff member or not, based on both your application form and your presence on the site. I thought there was no way I'd be accepted when I applied lol, but it worked out.
