If you're still under 18 you probably couldn't get a restraining order. What you should do is call the police, or tell some other male family members who you trust.

Don't be afraid to do the right thing...calling the police would be better then having to endure the constant abuse.

well i have one really close friend who knows almost everything, he is the one who i talk to when i need someone..he swore he wouldnt do anything about it until i felt comftorable, but i can tell he is losing his patience. i was thinking of getting a court order, but the problem is getting ahold of that. he never lets me leave the house anymore, and my phone calls are monitored, its like he knows i want him out of my life. as for the family member i can go to..i cant. i dont talk to my father, and my mothers family, we dont have contact with them.
