    Hi,
    I just want to remind you again that you are not alone and that things can get better for you. You deserve to get the treatment you need, and if your parents won't get it for you I urge you to take matters into your own hands and go to the Emergency Room or dial 911.

    The first time I was really suicidal no one was listening to me either. I told my parents I was suicidal and wanted to be hospitalized but they weren't listening. I was in a therapy program where you do group therapy instead of school and my therapist there wouldnt take me seriously either. So I took matters into my own hands and made sure I got hospitalized.

    Sometimes when I'm suicidal I watch this video and seeing the relatives of people who have killed themselves gives me the tiny shread of hope I need to reach out for help.
