Yes of course you can keep talking to me {: I am your friend I trully care. Thats good you dont do it a lot. Im working on self harm myself I was cut free for a whole year thought i was done with it but then i went back to it after the year 2 times so mad at myself for that. Every one gets moody you can find ways to calm your self not using self harm like screaming in a pillow or breaking penicils. Your welcome any time [: No its not bad like your not going to die if you self harm but it s just not good for your body to be loosing unnesary blood and having scars. Also cutting or whatever self harm, means your hurting inside and to let go of that hurt just a little can feel so good. Like I said any time you need to talk just pm me or you can yahoo message me or email me whatever i check allmost every day and if your about to cut just dont cut and go talk to some body instead of cutting be it some one in your family or a close friend or me. Breaking pencils also helps me to not cut sounds werid I know but that has helped me too. No you can go with out self harm for a while I know you can you can do it. Self harming just keeps you in that dark hole but once you fight it and stop you are no longer a prisoner to self harm you are FREE. Not saying it will be easy but try and try and never give up. Like I said before whats ever causeing you to self harm talk to some one about it instead of harming yourself maybe get a therapist no shame in that.
