I just saw your post on pre-diabeties. I'm pre-diabetic also. I have hashimoto thyroiditis disease (under active thyroid.) and poly cystic ovary syndrome, so I'm on a lot of things. I'm not testing my sugar yet. But I do understand you on the strict diet and everything. My chlosterol was through the roof, and I'm overweight. I don't have much advice for you, but just hang in there. In the end, when your much healthier and don't have diabeties, you'll be thanking yourself. (:
