I'm no expert or professional here, so, I'll try to help you to the best of my abilities. Talking and singing involve two different parts of the brain. Talking (language) involves using the left part of the brain and when you start to sing, you're no longer using the left part of the brain and you're using the right part of the brain (and you're no longer stuttering!).
As for the shaking, is it only when you talk or sing or is it during both? If it is only happening when you are talking and not when you are singing, then I think the same thing applies to the stuttering.
I hope this helps you out.
