- I am 19. I have been through a lot in my life in the past 6 years. I suffer from depression, and anxiety- especially social anxiety. I used to self-harm and I used to want to kill myself. I have not cut in a few months. I still struggle with it sometimes but I have improved from where I used to be in my life. Right now I am struggling a lot with my social anxiety. I am in college and I have been having a hard time talking to people, making friends, working on group projects, and even attending classes. I am also having a hard time with addictive behavior. I am addicted to going on cam and doing sexual acts. I want to stop because I have a boyfriend who doesnt like me doing it. I have tried multiple times to stop but I always go back to it. Its how I have been coping with stress for a long time and I am afraid that if I stop that I will start cutting again. I also feel like being sexual is the only way that I get attention. Its the only way that I feel wanted. I really want to stop that so that my relationship can continue and become stronger.
