No worries! I'm kind of glad it does, I usually suck at explaining things. So, that was a somewhat of an achievement.

I've found that the least complicated way to do it is to quote the first message, then open a new tab when quoting the second one, and copying and pasting the code that appears in the box in either of the tabs into the other one. Hopefully that makes sense.

Well, that's good! Oh, when viewing a thread, there should be a few buttons at the bottom-right of each post. Click the one that says "Quote", and it should do it.
