Honey, that does sound like it would dreadful. Have you ever thought about talking to a professional about all this. I'm sure there are some more deeper, emotional ties to all this.

Now, is this a man within your mind and your emotions create him or is he somebody you can physically see and touch?

Wow, I don't have them all the time but I do get them every time I hear sirens or anything relatively close to them. I'm sorry to hear that you're having a rough time.
