Well, I'd say just wait it out till the end of the year, and hopefully everything will work out. It would probably be easier to continue at this school than to start fresh at a new one in the middle of the year. That's my opinion, anyway.
But if you do want to try a new school, that could actually be a great thing too. I'm sure you could make new friends quickly. Or would it be possible to go to the same school your friends transferred to?

Aw, that sucks That's a tough decision to make...
Maybe if you can hang in there till next year, there will be new people who you'll want to be friends with?

Yeah, there's actually only one 6th grader, but he's pretty smart.
It seems like you wouldn't have many friend choices with such a small grade! I guess you just have to hope that you like everyone?

That actually sounds kinda neat. I think I'd like classes with only 9 people. Assuming that the people were all nice and everything, of course!
We have normal class sizes at my school (like 20-40, depending on the class), but some classes have up to 3 or 4 different grades. My algebra class has everyone from 6th grade all the way to 10th grade!

I know what you mean! It's nice to feel like you know everyone and you're all really close.
I can see how 30 people might be a bit claustrophobic, though! I guess you have the same people in every class? It's like that for the seniors at my school.

Don't you ever miss having guys around?
I like small schools. I actually liked my school better last year, when we had 300 people instead of nearly 600. It felt like one big family. You could really get to know everyone and all your teachers and stuff personally.

It's a college prep school, but it's not private. It opened only about 4 years ago, so it currently has only about 600 students total.
Is your school private, or just small?

That would be awesome! Good luck My school is very small also. Ninth grade is the largest class with only about 90 students! And there are only about 25 seniors. But we still managed to get together about 30 people for cross country and 15-20 for a running club, so it's possible.
Thanks. He's doing better now, hopefully on the way to recovery.

    Thanks for the friend request!
    And thanks I'm turning 15.
That's awesome! I just finished my first cross country season and now I'm in my school's running club, and I'm also planning to run track in the spring. Running is the best.
I love Florida. My family went to Disney World last January. My brother has cancer, so the trip was free through the Make A Wish Foundation, which was pretty neat.

Oh, and I'm doing lots of running I ran 8.5 miles last night!
    How about you?
