yeah it may be bad but find the good things. No matter how small. Think about all the people who care about you. Think about how they'd probably do almost anything just for you and for you to be happy. Think about that fact that yes it may be bad but tell yourself you can change that. You can make yourself happy again with the help of those who care. there is good but sometimes it's just small. But still the good is there. stay strong Yoshi think of the good
