Do I live up to the standard of politeness? I mean, I'd like to think so, but probably not. We have a thing called "tire d'érable" here which is just hot maple syrup poured on to some snow, and then it becomes a sort of taffy thing and it's actually delicious and I love it and yes I am aware of how utterly Canadian that sounds and nobody who I explain that to ever understands. Pancakes without maple syrup is probably a federal offense here, so you're lucky you can get away with that.

(Oh jeez well in fear of deletion of VMs let's not test that theory)

There is most definitely a standard here, but not everyone really lives up to it. I've never really played hockey myself, but I have a lot of friends play/played it and I know many more people who enjoy watching it. It's a national kind of thing. We don't always live up to all of our stereotypes, unless it's about maple syrup. We do love our maple syrup.

(I don't know which one is less creepy so I'm just going to imagine it's actually both)

You are definitely having way too much fun with this Although Dan taking those shots was quite amusing, probably not a good idea but amusing all the same. His expression as he swallowed

Canada is indeed very nice. I think the Scandinavian countries are also supposed to be very nice, too. Making that cheese sauce probably wouldn't be too difficult. Macaroni with nacho cheese sauce would not be very appealing, no

(I'm not sure if you're being mildly kinky or mildly cannibalistic)

Yeah, I'm almost 21 and have no plans of getting rid of or putting away any of my important stuffed animals. And I love Totoro!

You probably have, haha. I mean, the houses are considered "single family homes" so either a few college kids room together in one to afford the rent or a family of up to about 4 live together. There's typically restrictions on how many people can live in one townhouse, though. In my case, I live with my mom and brother. I don't really know much about people in my community. I know my neighbors to the left of me, but they have been here just as long as I have so I guess that's why. It's also where I'm situated in the community. I moved in when I was 16/17, so they put us in an area where they clustered all the children together. Good for all those little kids, but not so good for an asocial teenager/now adult who's not fond of children they're not related to.

And ha! Potatoes are the foundation of a great conversation/friendship.

I'm not really sure. The only kind of macaroni and cheese that exists in Canada is Kraft Dinner, which is pretty much our national dish, and that just comes with like a cheesy powder thing. I mean, you could probably find a cheese sauce like what you're describing. It's gotta be out there somewhere.

(Ah hello Leonie, nice to meet you, thank you for not eating me)

Maybe not. I don't think the world is really ready for that kind of thing. Also, if you take the nachos away, is it really nacho cheese sauce anymore? The element of "nacho" has been taken away. Then it'd just be like, cheese sauce.

(Also we began conversing with no actual introduction and it's definitely very late for that but for the sake of formalities hello my name is Logan how are you)

Anything that would fit that description sounds like it would likely be some sort of hideous monstrosity that only exists to remind humanity of the atrocities it committed
Like the ability to have only nacho cheese sauce with no nachos

Same Lying was never a strong point for me, unless I had rehearsed it over and over again, or it was with someone that I was used to being around. I know I have lied to my sister (for a good reason), and it took ages for her to believe me. It was a very bad lie though

I guess we'll both just have to deal with never becoming a lawyer then, might not be good for either of us...
