Ah, have you downloaded it? And that's really awesome, I want to be the same myself. Although admittedly I'm not the best at programming ^^ I used to draw a lot of concept art and stuff though. And your RPG's sound really cool, I'm kinda curious, you'll have to show me sometime

The Ps2 ones are nice but kinda restricted. The PC version is a little more difficult to get the hang of and only 2D, but pretty much limitless in what you can do with it. You can download a 30 day trial of the latest version too.

Ah, I know the type you mean, sounds complex, but pretty awesome. Have you tried any of the RPG Maker series for PC? I'm using that myself at the moment to make a 2D RPG in my spare time, is time consuming but fun.
