There's perks to all positions. I definitely liked being a mentor a lot. However, my paid job is kind of like being a buddy in a university setting, and it can be very rewarding, helping people find their way around, get resources, make friends, etc. If I were to switch from AE, I think I'd go green just to try it out in the TeenHelp setting.
