I just want to say that I think you are an amazing strong person and your advice in the ED Forum is spectacular.

I can imagine, I'd never be out of my bed if I did running. Then again, I'm rarely out of it anyway!

I just have really bad ankles and twist them everytime I run. It's really great that you can get back into running again though! I'm happy for you.

I was about to ask "What about Thursday?" But you're like 11 hours ahead of me so it's already Wednesday for you. I love time difference.
Athletics sounds like a lot of fun, though. I wish I could do something like that.
