    I don't think feelings ever really deal with themselves. It may feel that way, but you're just stuffing them back inside; just letting them build up until you explode. A lot of people who struggle at our age were never like other children, I, for one, certainly wasn't. You can go back to the old you! You just have to work on beating your depression, and I know you can do it.

    If it's something you can fix, try to fix it. You can talk to people you trust who can help. If you can't change the situation, you'll have to find a way to get through it, like focusing on your breathing. You can avoid the situation, but sometimes that makes it worse.
