Hey everyone,
I have a challenge for you and I hope you will do it.
Take an A3 paper. (or join two A4 papers.) And on it I want you to make a butterfly with the name of someone who means something to you and would want you to get better. If you can ask the persons permission to use their name so it becomes more real.
Than place it somewhere you can see it often and add one name to the paper everyday for as long as you can. (Try to get at least 7 names. It might sound...
