You can do this. Try to get to sleep if you can. Lie flat on your back and tense all your muscles one by one starting from your toes and let them go one by one, all the way till the top of your body. hopefully you'll end up falling alseep half way through
Also a pretty good one i never thought would help (not only for sleepin, also for anxiety, panic attacks, stress, general clamness etc) is put your hand on your belly, just between your belly button and your waist and breath in and out deeply remembering to breathe fully to inflate your lungs 9for a good oxygen flow
) And as you're doing that concentrate on your hand moving up and down and you'll gradually drift off to sleep. It works wonders
