When i told my teacher i made sure she completely understood that i dint want my parents to know. So she said that as a school she'd have to refer me to someone who could help me, another teacher but it would remain absolutely confidential and to this day it still is. No-one else in school knows except the teachers who have to know and my parents don't know either. love you lots and lots and lots <3 xxxx

That's a really good idea hun, and it will really help if you do it coz they'll be able to support you accordingly without judjing you. After my doctor gave me a 'dead-end' i wondered on for two years on my own with no help, but finally managed to tell my fav teacher at school. On a whole they really helped, so i hope it works out for you too <3 xxx

My day was awful today, i have a docs appt tmro and im dreadin going to it..everythings just soo wrong
