I've written every day since I was eleven. I used to be shit at it, too, but I've developed a distinctive style/rhythm for my words, so now I'm not half-bad. I'm currently working on a short story (to enter for the Bridport Prize), a steampunk-era detective series, and a comical book with lots of illustrations (done by myself) purporting to be a study on humans from the cat perspective. I can't stand working on one project at once. It smothers me.

Eight-thousand miles! Gods, that's a long distance! I don't believe I could stand something like that, haha. Of course, I can't say I didn't consider it once. There was a really nice English fellow I met on the Internet once, who I loved talking to. He even wrote me a poem... But I was shy, even over the Internet, and messed things up. When it comes to making friends I'm very outgoing, but relationships have never been my strong suit. I usually embarrass the hell out of myself, haha.

Yes, a hermit. I'm lucky enough to live on my family's farm, where I can basically just walk up into the woods, build a cabin, and subsist quite well on what I make from my writing. Which is a good thing, because there's not much work to be had around here that doesn't require an expensive degree.

LDR means Long Distance Relationship, right?

Precisely! When I worked, my coworkers believed that I was some sort of a crazy, clumsy lunatic. Of course, they may have been right, because now I'm pursuing a future as a hermit... Though that's perfectly sane, I think, lol.

Well we have to be happy and cheery at work... I've become good at faking coz work actually thinks I'm a bubbly person....

Why be nice to dickheads though?
