Running is easy when you get into it, you start slow and not much distance and then work up, don't do what i did though, I went from 1 mile to 2.5 miles to 3 miles to 5 miles... my almost coach is going to kill me when I tell him
If you run how you feel comfortable it will always feel better, but try to lead with your knees and move your arms with opposite knee to elbow (90 degree angles). You should breath deeply through you mouth, in either a 2-2 or 2-3 rythem depending what you like ( I like 2-2) which basically means breath in for two steps out for 2, the 2-3 means in 2 out 3 steps
But running is running
As long as you have both feet off ground at one time you should be fine
