I know its stupid, when i was 11 i wasn't even allowed out past 6 on my own so how they can go out all night destroying things who knows?

Most places are having trouble thanks to a minority of midless yobs I hate how they pretty much get away with it to, the police can't even squirt water at them. Sesh if it was up to me they could hit them with batons as they've hurt people and robbed them of everything they have.
