I'm doing well, thanks.
I admit that I wasn't completely devastated when Harper got re-elected. I mean, the man's a joke, but Dion didn't inspire all that much more confidence either. I was a lot more concerned with the American election at the time. A McPalin government would have been awful.
I'm actually not that into anime, despite the display picture. ^^; I don't dislike it, it's just that it was never part of the culture my friends and I were into. I'm more a computer / classic nerd than a japanophile. As for books, I'll take almost anything that doesn't bore me to death. Fantasy and sci-fi are great, and I've read an unhealthy number of teenage / young adult romance novels. The Golden Compass trilogy has been my favourite story for years, and doesn't look like it'll be dethroned any time soon. Lucifer's Hammer is brilliant; if you've never read it I highly suggest trying to find a copy. Veronika Decides to Die is another one I just read recently, and I loved it. And of course The Notebook will always be amazing. The pretty much outlines the kind of stuff I like reading most.
How about you? It's great to meet another math nerd; there are far too few of us. Hopefully that'll change at Waterloo. Your 'about me' is rather sparse, so I can only guess at what to ask about. Tastes in music?
It says you have junior high school under education though, does that mean you're in grade 12 now?
